Tulsa, Oklahoma – A Black paedophile—convicted for repeatedly raping his
7-year-old stepdaughter—is now appealing his life sentence after federal
authorities claim he switched his gender from male to female.
According to reports, 32-year-old Robert William Perry II contests that
federal prosecutors unjustly branded him as an “abuser” during the trial,
which may have led to his sentencing. Perry’s case first drew national
attention when he was sentenced to life in federal prison after a jury
found him guilty of repeatedly raping his 7-year-old victim in a closet
that he referred to as his “man cave”.
Perry—who is a Black member of the Muskogee nation—was said to have
hurriedly come out as “trans” post-sentencing, prompting a judge to order
additional “gender-care treatment programs,” which further acknowledged his
new gender identity. Shockingly, the U.S. Department of Justice amended its
press releases on the case to reflect Perry’s new preferred pronouns as
“she/her”.
Lawyers representing Perry’s appeal are now challenging the federal
conviction on grounds of alleged prosecutorial bias. They contend that the
prosecution excessively bolstered the credibility of Perry’s 7-year-old
victim, while simultaneously undermining his right to a fair trial.
“The government’s Answer Brief argues there was overwhelming evidence to
convict. There was not. Instead, the case rose or fell based on L.A.’s
credibility versus Perry’s credibility. If the jury believed L.A., it could
convict. If it believed Perry, it could not,” wrote one of Perry’s
attorneys.
“The government used the phrase ‘kids don’t make this up’ no less than
three times in its initial argument…any vouching for the credibility of
(the victim) or any other improper argument to unfairly bolster her
credibility or diminish Perry’s would have an outsized impact on the jury
here,” the appeal reads.
Perry’s abhorrent crimes first earned him a criminal conviction in an
Oklahoma state courtroom in 2018, but it was overturned after it was
decided the state had no jurisdiction over the case since the crime
occurred on Indian land.
Only native tribal councils or the US federal government can oversee cases
that occur in Indian country that involve Native American defendants.
Despite this second chance, Perry was convicted again—his time federally—in
2023 and now sits in the maximum security USP Terre Haute in Indiana.
“Robert Perry’s crimes are despicable. The defendant repeatedly abused a
7-year-old girl for whom the defendant was responsible,” said U.S. Attorney
Clint Johnson at the time of his sentencing. “This week, the Court made it
clear that Perry’s predatory crimes and blame shifting warranted a lifetime
in federal prison.”
During the trial, the sickening acts committed by the Black pedophile went
into excruciating detail, revealing that Perry forced his young
stepdaughter to perform sexual favors in exchange for candy, toys, and
access to video games. The abuse took place in a closet where he used to
regularly indulge in pornography.
When the victim made mention of her torture to a friend, the allegations
were dismissed as mere “gossip” by the school principal. However, further
investigation by a teacher uncovered additional information, which was
gained through private interviews and a series of horrific drawings that
depicted the abuse.
Under current BOP guidelines, Perry will be able to request housing that
best reflects his gender identity, meaning he could eventually find his way
into a female-only prison. Under President Trump, federal inmates were
housed based purely on their biological sex, but under Jewish Attorney
General Merrick Garland, an inmate’s supposed “gender identity” is now a
valid consideration for housing.
According to Reduxx, 1,500 US federal inmates currently identify as
transgender. Of these, nearly half have been convicted for federal sex
offenses.
Transgendered individuals—especially those hailing from the Black
community—are regularly found to be engaged in sickening crimes that target
the nation’s most vulnerable. In April, a convicted Black sex offender in
Aurora, Colorado, was arrested for attempting to kidnap a young boy from
the halls of his majority White elementary school.
An independent Justice Report investigation into the suspect—identified as
Black 33-year-old Solomon Tyler Galligan—revealed he had identified as a
woman and was taking hormone replacement therapy to suppress his suicidal
ideations.
In December, a prominent Black, Trans activist in Philadelphia was arrested
for the alleged rape of two boys, ages 14 and 9. According to court
documents, 37-year-old Kendall Stephens was hit with a slew of criminal
charges after prosecutors said the Black “transwoman” committed
“involuntary deviant sexual intercourse” with his victims, which were known
to him through a friend.
Over the weekend, four young girls and numerous other victims were
subjected to a bloody knife attack that unfolded across several locations
in New England. For those crimes, Police arrested an unhinged transgender
activist—identified as White 26-year-old Jared Ravizza—who dressed as a
woman and used she/her pronouns on social media.
