What is it with you and the CONSTANT lying? At no time was the

Denying entry to bars is banning the consumption.... They deny you entry
by telling you it's NOT an "essential activity" and the proof is that
people still grocery shop for food while being denied the ability to go
into a "commercial building" to buy an alcoholic beverage.

Why are Grocery stores more legal than liquor establishments where you
drink an adult beverage?

And shouldn't they first mandate disposable plastic cups or a personal
bottle of beer so that no one shares the containers? For the purpose of
Public Health. What proof do they have that drinking a bottle of beer
is more dangerous to health and safety than sitting on a stool drinking
a bottle or DRAFT in a plastic cup? I see Democrats dining out...
drinking out of restaurant washed wine glasses and eating off of
silverware...

Shouldn't they ban homeless shelters? Shouldn't they close the PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION? But the police don't know who has already had the China
Virus and who is now immune and they're violating the civil rights of
the immune by denying them access to all the standard things in life.

Remember no one could ban AIDS PATIENTS.... why the sudden Democrat
problem with a virus? People got aids from blood spewing due to
accidents yet AIDS infected weren't banned from sports or medical care
or other activity where blood could be spread if something went wrong.

I never said it was a Federal ban, in fact the whole point was leading
up to the fact that it's States with Democrat Governors doing this.
Trump didn't close much more than the international travel. He is
somewhat limited when shutting down Government services, unless there's
a NATIONAL SECURITY RISK or some other obscure reason that's
Constitutional, and it still has to be done while guaranteeing equal
protection of the law. States have to allow gay marriage under:

Section 2. The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all
Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

The Constitution requires that all Americans have the same treatment
like the gays getting married have. It's illegal for Democrats run
states to ban bars from selling their liquor according to:

Which means that ALL AMERICANS have a RIGHT to walk into a bar and buy

When they ban you from buying it it's banning you from it.

Like guns when they ban you from buying it all you can do is make your
own. But in the case of guns it's been established that the Government
can't raise taxes and create paperwork for doing it yourself and then
ban you from buying them ad say it's NOT an infringement.

The Government have to allow us to distill the liquor or to buy it.
Otherwise it's the same as banning it.

NO need when it's one person being denied their RIGHTS and the next to
them being allowed to exercise their. The FEDERAL law is the law of the
land as is the 14th Amendment that says "equal protection of the law"
that doesn't mean color or gender is necessary, just any 2 people they
might even both be black while one is denied their RIGHT it's still illegal.

They did find that the Government has no power delegated to allow them
to violate the 14th Amendment by implementing Affirmative Action.

But as I have said many thousands of times "WE THE PEOPLE" are not
limited by the "equal protection of the laws" clause in the 14th
Amendment, you can personally use Affirmative Action but the Government
can't.

The reason that Government can't use "Affirmative Action" is that it's
discrimination just the same as Jim Crow laws are/were discrimination
and the Government serves all the people where as you serve yourself.

So you answered your own demand for a cite.

The Jim Crow decision by the Supreme Court says that the GOVERNMENT
can't apply the laws in a way that doesn't offer "equal protection of
the law" And Affirmative Action is by definition... applying the law to
someone's advantage, making it a Jim Crow law for the person(s) NOT
receiving the Affirmative Action.

There is no way to apply a law that is meant to use un-equal application
of the law so that it doesn't violate someone else's civil rights by
elevating your priority over their equality or vise-verse. Regardless of
the outcome the law still has to be constitutionally applied. Which
requires equal application, so a law that is inherently unequal like an
Affirmative Action law (which is in reality a Jim Crow law) can't be
implemented with equal protection of people's rights.

What you want is reverse discrimination... and that would be as illegal
as the reverse of that reverse discrimination. You might call it
Affirmative Action being applied to the Affirmative Action. which would
be the original person being helped by the Government, or reverting back
to the original Jim Crow scenario. ;)
